Full-priced items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you've already received the item, it must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase to be exchanged.
This excludes pieces that have undergone custom upholstery (i.e. your choice of fabric) — change-of-mind returns aren't available on these.
Store credit is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Purchases made using store credit are final sale, unless a return is required under Australian law.
Any courier costs associated with returning items for change-of-mind (within the 14-day window) are at the customer's expense.
Outside of the 14-day change-of-mind period, we do not accept returns, except in the case of faulty items or as otherwise required by Australian law. Where an item isn't working as it should, we'll repair it at no cost to you — if we can't repair it, we'll replace or refund it, provided the piece is otherwise as it was when we sold it to you.
We don't accept responsibility for damage sustained after a piece has left our care — once a courier has collected it, or after it's arrived at your home.
Where a refund is required under Australian law, a refund will be provided.
When pre-ordering "Coming soon" stock from our Danish shipment, you can either pay for the item in full or place it on hold with a deposit.
Pre-order items paid in full are considered purchased, and the standard 14-day exchange terms apply.
If you'd prefer to place a hold, you're welcome to reserve your item with a refundable 30% deposit — simply submit the request form and we'll send you an invoice within 24 hours.
Once your deposit invoice is paid, the item will be marked as "On hold." We'll let you know as soon as it arrives at our warehouse so it can be picked up or dispatched.
If your item requires restoration or reupholstery, please allow extra time before pick-up or dispatch.
If you've placed a hold, you'll need to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of the item arriving at our warehouse. After that, you'll need to either request a refund to release the hold, or pay the remaining balance to secure the item — failing to do either within the timeframe means the deposit is forfeited and the item is re-listed for sale.
